Illustrative data · A concept preview, not a working app
LESS CHASING. MORE CLARITY.

01A low-stock alert arrives without the supplier lead time.

02Incoming stock is easy to miss in a separate sheet.

03The purchasing list gets rebuilt every week.

THE PRODUCT WE’RE EXPLORING

A clearer next step.
Less work around the work.

A focused tool for one recurring workflow. These are the capabilities we want to validate with early users.

01 / COLLECT

A short purchasing queue

The proposed view would bring the items needing attention to the top, with current stock and expected receipts together.

02 / CLARIFY

Explain the suggestion

Show the demand assumption, lead time, and stock buffer behind a suggested reorder date so a buyer can challenge it.

03 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Keep the buyer in control

Review quantities and supplier constraints before making a purchase. Automatic ordering is outside the initial concept.

A SMALLER, CALMER WORKFLOW

From loose ends
to a clear plan.

The intended workflow, shaped with the people who would use it.

  1. 1

    Bring a small SKU list

A proposed pilot would begin with anonymized stock, sales, lead-time, and incoming-order data.

  2. 2

    Check the assumptions

Review missing inputs, unusual sales, and supplier constraints before trusting the queue.

  3. 3

    Make the buying call

Use the list for your weekly purchasing review and record what the buyer decided.

BEFORE YOU SIGN UP

A few useful answers.

Can I use StockCue today?

Not yet. This is a waitlist and product-research experiment. The interface above is illustrative. There is no paid plan, live integration or committed release date.

Does it replace an inventory system?

We are testing a focused purchasing review, starting with a simple single-warehouse workflow. Stock tracking, accounting, and purchase orders would remain in your existing tools.

Are forecasts or integrations available?

Not yet. This is a research waitlist. The first pilot would check whether users can supply reliable inputs and whether an explainable queue helps their purchasing decisions.
